Bay Meadows
San Mateo, California
Our master plan for Bay Meadows transformed the 80-acre former race track in the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area in to a diverse, multi-generational community combining dense housing with a mix of corporate offices, retail, charter school, and parks, all within a 10-minute walk of a CalTrain Station. The interconnected grid of streets and open spaces link the community to the city’s existing downtown, reinforcing its connection to San Mateo.
